Before you place an order with us, please carefully read these terms and conditions as by placing an order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out.

The Bit About Using the Site ……

1)  We cannot guarantee that the site is free from computer viruses - you must take your own precautions in this respect

2)  We will not be liable to you or any other party for any loss in connection with your use of this website

3)  Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of content on the website.  Unless we are at fault, we will not accept liability for any errors that are beyond our reasonable control

4)   Any links to other websites are not under our control and should you use them you do so at your own discretion and risk and we will not accept any liability for any loss in connection with your use of those websites

5)   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the website from time to time, without notice, in order to carry out maintenance etc

6)   We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice and it is your responsibility to ensure that you check them before placing orders

7)  We do our best to present pictures that accurately reflect the colours of our jewellery but we cannot guarantee that all computers will accurately render those colours.  On receipt of your goods, should you be unhappy with the actual colour you can return them in accordance with the terms and conditions relating to the cooling off period (above) as long as the tags have not been tampered with

The Legal Bit About Placing An Order ……

8)   By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to purchase goods from us.  Should we accept your offer a legally binding contract will then exist

9)  We do not have to accept your offer and will not do so if we do not receive confirmation of payment; if we discover that the goods are damaged and therefore unfit for sale;  there is an error on the website regarding pricing, availability etc

10)   Our acceptance of your offer will be confirmed when we send you an e-mail on despatch of your goods

11)  Your goods will be despatched once we have received confirmation of receipt of funds from PayPal

12)  You may cancel your order at any time before we send a despatch email and will not incur any costs

The Bit About Despatch and Returns  ……

13)  Goods will be despatched by Royal mail (UK = first class recorded delivery) no later than the next working day.   Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times for such 3rd party delivery services

14)  For delivery outside of the UK, please contact us first for a quote for delivery charges

15)  We take quality very seriously and goods are checked carefully before despatch.  However, should your goods arrive in a damaged state, please contact us immediately

16)  You are entitled to a 7-day cooling off period.  Should you change your mind about your purchase you can return unworn goods and will receive a refund (less postage costs) via PayPal  

17)  The cooling off period does not apply to customised orders as these will have been made specifically at your request (unless the goods are faulty)

18)  The 7-day cooling off period commences when you receive the goods

19)  You will be liable for the cost of posting the goods back to us during the cooling off period

20)  For hygiene purposes we can only accept returns within the cooling off period if all original tags and packaging are intact when we receive the goods back from you.  Unfortunately, payments for goods with tags that have been tampered with, cannot be refunded

The Bit About Our Quality Promises To You ……

21)  The semi precious gems used are naturally occurring crystals, mainly formed millions of years ago in the depths of the earth and therefore will have their own individual characteristics.  They may not be uniform in colour, shape, size and hardness and you may see flecks and inclusions - these are not flaws but  naturally occurring features.  Although some gemstones are hard, some are not so and all should be treated with care

22)  Silver and gold plated metals are nickel free

23)  Items referred to as silver are made of sterling silver and are therefore 92.5% silver (the remaining metals are mixed, usually copper alloy)

24)  Fine silver is 99.9% silver and therefore softer than sterling silver and should be treated with more care than sterling silver to avoid scratches
